artisans recognized the special nature of natural process Ethiopian beans. Unlike most other beans, natural process coffee is dried on raised platforms with the coffee berry fruit still on the bean. This unique approach to drying the beans magnifies the complexity, depth of flavor, and creates incomparable sweetness.
